SIGEP 2017:
LA SPAZIALE SUPPORTING ITALIAN EXCELLENCE

Let’s meet at La Spaziale stand, to discover the evolution of the S15 and to praise once again the reliable performance of the S40 Suprema.

La Spaziale will take part to the 38° edition of Sigep (Rimini, January 21st -25th, 2017) to support the made in Italy excellence in pastry, confectionery, ice cream and bakery industry, which are so much related to espresso coffee.

Beside the presentation of the whole range of machines at the company stand - pav. A1 Stand 001 – at Sigep La Spaziale will install more than 40 professional coffee machines by the stands of the main Italian coffee roasters and in the area dedicated to Pastry Events, supporting as technical sponsor the high pastry challenges.

The protagonist at SIGEP 2017 will be again S40 Suprema, which combines the high performance of the top range technology with the practicality and simplicity of use and programming, together with a refined and exclusive design. The cool touch stainless steel steam wand is another detail which is particularly praised by operators. This second generation technology thus grants strength, simplicity of use and utmost safety for the barista: the cool touch ergonomic system allows the thermic insulation of the steam wands, thus avoiding any burning risk both while steaming milk and during machine cleaning.

Anyhow at SIGEP the greatest news is represented by the S15, that you can find at La Spaziale stand. The compact machine S15 is an avant-garde response to the requirements of foreign markets, of horeca (restaurants, hotels and pastry shops) and vending industry. The innovation is in the development of a highly flexible and operational system which allows the compatibility with various capsule formats and an automatic system of loading and ejection of the capsule after the delivery, as alternative to the manual use of the porta filter.

The new La Spaziale concept is 2 group machine, with a wide cup warmer which is necessary for professional use, an inner water tank of 5,5 liters prearranged for water connection, a 3 liter boiler for hot water and steam and the compatibility with Nespresso, Fap capsule extraction systems and also with the most popular other portioned systems on the market.

Highly professional, the new compact machine has a steam wand to create a perfect milk cream for cappuccino and the possibility to select short coffe, long coffee doses and free flow mode.

S15 is unique in its original design, with led illumination and it is also technologically advanced, equipped with a touch screen tft 3,5” control panel and a USB user interface. The machine is also fully modular: the two coffee groups and a hot water/ steam boiler can be switched on and off independently, thus granting an energy saving in case of partial use.

Special Events at Sigep: Pastry Events

Always looking for new talents, Rimini Fiera recalls the participation of the best pastry artists, coming from all over the world and ready to compete in the challenge within Pastry Events: also La Spaziale is taking part to the event as technical Sponsor of the events dedicated to the pastry masters, making available for the contestants ten coffee machines S1 Armonia, 10 grinders and the S40 SUPREMA for VIP Arena area.

From 21st to 25th January, the young contestants under 23 will be involved in the Juniores World Pastry Championship, who will compete on the theme Planet Fantasy. Then, it will be the turn of the masters in the Seniores Italian Pastry Championship. For the theme I Cartoons the protagonists will be again the young contestants, in the Juniores Italian Pastry Championship. The sugar artists coming from all over the world will take part to the International Competition The Star of Sugar: a competition which helps to release and let the creativity out of each pastry chef. Their creations will be displayed for all the whole show time.
