From the bean into the cup

Our tour starts with the green coffee bean
and goes on until , after being roasted, this bean
is able to make us feel a unique sensorial experience,
thus becoming espresso coffee. This course covers the
whole process of cultivation and treatment of green
coffee with the purpose to transmit to the barista all
the passion  and huge work that are hiding behind each
espresso coffee cup.

What is espresso ? It is a coffee extract,
prepared with roasted coffee and water. Nevertheless,
behind such result there is much more to discover: as
Voltaire wrote “coffee is a sponge that for the whole
life it is absorbing energies and vibrations , it is retaining
them , it is holding them and then it is processing them
to turn them into the shape of aroma, flavour,
energy and thought”.

The cappuccino

The cappuccino comes out of the art of being able to
wisely mix espresso, milk and milk cream.
We choose to transmit the secrets to obtain a “perfect
crema” and a flavoured cappuccino with a mostly
practical course. In this way, we merge the coffee
quality with the beauty  of Milk Art , the art of giving
to the cappuccino cream the shape of a heart or a flower,
so as to be able to taste  the drink even with the eyes.
